Our IT Infrastructure Department is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual with Server administration experience in a Citrix and Microsoft Windows server environment (2003/2008/2012/2016).

In addition, you must have demonstrated proficiency in a number of technologies, including Citrix Receiver, XenApp, Networking, VMware, and Active Directory and scripting.

Experience with Citrix technologies in an enterprise environment is a must. In addition to the above qualifications, you must have experience in supporting high availability mission critical Infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for providing operational technical support in both test and production environments.

The qualified candidate must have good hands on experience of the following.

• User support experience.
• At least 7 years IT experience majority of which was in large scale operations and has a very good understanding of standard corporate processes and documentation.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, maintaining XenApp 6.5 and 7.x and XenApp based application publishing.
• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Citrix Receiver.
• Hands on knowledge of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016.
• Hand-on knowledge of making Active Directory Group Policies.
• Windows XP, 7 and 10 experiences.
• Windows and Citrix profile management.
• Citrix Secure Gateway.
• Citrix Store Front.
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi.
• Knowledge of VMware Horizon.
• Knowledge of scripting with VBscript, DOS, and Power Shell.
• Proficient in English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of XenDesktop.
• Citrix Provisioning Services.
• Experience making an Image with PVS.
• Experience with NetScaler application delivery controller.
• Experience with two factor authentication.
• Citrix Remote PC.
• Knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).

Requirements

• BE, BTech or a bachelor degree in computer science with equivalent work experience

• Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and Independence

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Reliable, consistent, flexible and adaptable.

Ready to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (As required)
