To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Associate Consultant - IT located in Chennai

Reporting to the Manager, the Associate Consultant role involves:

This is a Data Warehousing support position is a key role in Analytics Support. Candidate will be an Individual contributor and key performer within the team. This position is very critical considering the pipeline for expanding FlexPulse Environment and future Snowflake support actions

What a typical day looks like:

• Addressing End-User functional and Logical issues/queries in Materials Data warehouse
• Solving technical queries in Reporting Tools like Tableau (Primary), MicroStrategy / Denodo (Secondary)
• Working on ETL process and fixing data fallouts and data integrity issues
• Strong problem solving knowledge on Databases like Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake & SQL
• Should understand and create stored procedures
• Working on ITIL process like Incident management, Problem management and Change management

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in any of the reporting tools like Tableau (Primary), MicroStrategy / Denodo / Oracle BI (Secondary)
• Very strong knowledge / working experience with Databases like Oracle / Teradata / Hadoop / Snowflake / SQL
• Good ITIL process knowledge in mandatory
• Preferably Good analytical and functional knowledge on Supply chain / Manufacturing Domin
• Working experience on handling and managing Data Warehouses
• Reports creation and BRD (Specification Doc) creation
• Strong analytical and problem solving queries Good working experience in support role
• Rotational Shifts (7am-4pm / 2pm-11pm).
