Business Development Associate Role descriptionAs a Business Development Associate, candidates will have to sell byju's courses to the students or their parents by conducting meeting with clients online & in-person.Byju's provide leads & BDA have to schedule online meeting with students or their parents to give demo of byju's course and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone.Skills & Eligibility- Graduate/Post Graduate candidates- Candidate must have laptop- Age below 29 years- Atleast 6 months of experience (any sector)- Candidate must be looking to make his/her career in business development, must be comfortable in sales/pressure role.SalaryTraining stipend: - Rs 20,000 - 37,000 (6 weeks)- After training: - 5.00 lakh annual package + incentives- (Upto 8 LPA & incentives) (ref:updazz.com)
