About the Department The purpose of this position is to support Novo Nordisk - Region SEEMEA Procurement in three areas of the Procurement Value Chain, namely Sourcing, Spend Management & Analysis, and Supplier Management. In this position, the incumbent will work in a matrix organization structure having a solid line reporting to Finance GBS (Global Business Services), Procurement - Business Insights & Sourcing and dotted line to the SEEMEA Procurement Director. SEEMEA (Region Southeast Europe, Middle East and Africa) is headquartered in Istanbul, it consists of 8 elevated affiliates and 3 Business Areas . GBS Procurement is the offshoring unit of Global Procurement and is part of Finance GBS, Bangalore. Business Insights and Sourcing, team is overall responsible for supporting procurement team with End-to-End Sourcing Project Support, eSourcing, spend analytics, Supplier management, Contracting, Reports and Dashboards. The Position As an Associate Analyst -Sourcing (Esourcing, RFI/RFQ) the key responsibilities: Driving & manage multiple sourcing projects for the indirect spend areas in SEEMEA Procurement. Performing supplier/market research, selection, negotiation & contracting. Manage win/win sourcing strategies with suppliers. Gathering Business requirements and managing demand management data for various business units and analyse saving opportunities utilizing spend data. Your tasks will also include driving and publishing monthly / yearly performance dashboards and presentations. Qualifications You have completed a bachelor\'s degree from a reputed university. You have minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing & procurement, from a leading organization. Demonstrated ability to construct and manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs to drive supplier selection processes. You are a strong communicator and have experience in global stakeholder management. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to synthesize & communicate data driven insights. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Spend Data Analytics. Experience in COUPA or other procurement tools for eSourcing, Contract management & procurement functions will be an advantage. Preferably demonstrated success dealing remotely, as you will need to interact regularly with senior stakeholders in different countries and with suppliers on a regular basis.
