Career Opportunities Designation AVP-HR Function HR & Training Department Human Resources Band 3 Reporting to CVP-HR Last date of submission Location Home Office (Gurgaon) No. of Positions 1 We are looking for a AVP HR to shape and implement enterprise-wide Talent management strategies that will help us develop, deploy and retain high-performing leaders and employees. Create an integrated talent management and development strategy, aligned to the company\'s business strategies. Lead the execution of this strategy across the organization, in partnership with business and HR leaders. Drive the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-management levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent Establish analytics and metrics to measure program performance and improve talent management strategies. Key Result Areas: Talent Management: Strengthen implementation of Organization and Talent Review (OTR) process and its outcomes. Develop and establish talent assessment and management strategies, utilizing market research to ensure best practices Partner with Line & HR leaders to anchor agenda for Talent Councils at Enterprise and unit level Align Organization & Talent Review (OTR) with performance management and development processes Deep dive into Distribution channels, Corporate & fulfilment functions to identify critical roles and build succession pipeline. Partner with Talent acquisition to map external talent where needed and enable internal mobility for emerging open positions Partner with other CoE teams to ring-fence key talent Deploy Succession module/s of HRIS Lead the talent mobility agenda in the organization Talent Development: Design signature programs for key talent segments with external partnerships Deploy developmental offerings such as Courses, Coaching, Mentoring, critical on the Job Experiences and Talent Assessments for high potential talent and enhancing successor readiness Build synergy with L&D partners, HRBPs\' and functional training leads to incorporate contemporary practices. Enable a learning ecosystem. Basis inputs from OTR and Talent Councils, centally own and consolidate all Individual Developmental Plans (IDP) Align Coaching and Mentoring for top talent as per IDPs, ensure governance and dashboards Curate customized programs (B-school, Blended Learning Solutions, Coaching and Mentoring) for talent cohorts based on common needs derived from OTR and Talent Councils Organization Development: Partner in facilitating change and /or transformational agenda as per organizational and business objectives. Consult on people & organization structure to help future-proof business performance Team, Budget, Systems: Lead, inspire and coach team Budgeting, tracking and reporting Knowledge management and access Intelligent decision enabling analytics MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Talent pipeline and deployment Talent retention Talent Mobility IDP follow through and execution Raise bar on Org & Talent capabilities Adoption of HRIS Module (Succession & Career Development) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Post - Graduation in HR from a reputed institute will be preferred 14 to 17 years of work experience with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience Experience of working in large organization/s known for its people and talent practices DESIRED COMPETENCIES: Conceptual Clarity including understanding of contemporary trends in talent landscape and leadership development process Stakeholder engagement Project management and execution skills
