As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Business Management Group in the CAO function, the individual will be involved in strategic reporting and analysis to interpret, simplify and prioritize relevant data/ insights to drive decision making for the organization

What you will be responsible for

As an Assistant Vice President - Business Management Group, Chief Administrative Office (CAO)you will

  • Accountable for publishing strategic reports to the leadership team to drive the decisions
  • Continually evolve the analytics and data presentation to enable fast and accurate decision making
  • Manage daily operational execution of data governance and data quality, and ensure the adherence of data governance framework
  • Experience with end to end metrics process including metric collection, tracking , reporting and integrating various data sources
  • Experience in developing presentations for the consumption of senior leadership team, and ability to present information in clear and concise manner
  • Assess the unique requirement and interdependencies in reporting tailored to specific functions in the organization
  • Periodically review delivery engagements to ensure compliance with metrics/KPI's and scorecards
  • Focus on bringing innovation to improve the data quality and presentation
  • Global exposure and having proven record of working in cross culture environment
  • Strong analytical and decision making capabilities along with very strong people skills
What we value

  • 10 + years of experience in Business Management reporting, preferably in financial service industry
  • Advanced system skills required, knowledge of excel, power BI and power point
  • Ability to complete - tasks accurately with strong attention to detail and on timely basis
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self - motivated and willingness to go beyond immediate responsibilities
  • Technical and operational experience in developing and delivering management reporting solutions
  • Problem solving, creative thinking, negotiation and influencing skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong academic background preferably an MBA
  • Overall experience of 10+ Years
Shift Time : 11:00AM- 8:00PM
