To establish close contacts with all key customers, specifiers and project in-charges as assigned by TSM/ASMKey Processes (Ownership/Participation - Assistant Manager Sales ) : Key data/measures for area of responsibility :- Sales value and volume targets for ceilings on a monthly basis in the assigned to him.- Developing close contacts with all architects & PMCs, contractors and institutions to get our products approved for projects going on in the area and other parts of the country.- Planning activities and making timely reports as agreed with the TSM/ASM- Regular market feedback and suggestion for changes/improvements to the TSM/ASM- Giving regular feedback on competitor\'s activities in the area to the management.- Net Sales Value & volume - by managing proper product mix as per budget.- Number of projects won and lost.- New customers added during the year.- Satisfactory contacts with Architects, PMCs & Institutions.- Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with TSM/ASM- Confirming all orders closed & enquiries generated to customers and channel partners through Enq / Order forms only.- Updating the SFDC ( Sales force dot com)Principal Activities :1. Creation of an annual business plan in consultation with the supervisor and meet the plan by maximising the business opportunities.2. Enhancing Technical and sales competencies,3. Lead negotiation along with distributor4. Apply SPIN & with 4/5 specification5. Enhanced tracking of 25 TPO & 20 TO6. Developing contacts with all owners & influencers of class A & B Architects, PMCs, contractors and Customers.7. Develop efficiency in market coverage and time management8. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers .9. Work on presenting KCS Brand story, values and focus on establishing KCS as a brand in close coordination with MS/TM and Marketing.10. Conduct research to identify Future TPO and TPO11. Also engage in research for new markets and customer needs analysis12. Lost project analysis13. Focus on quality Installation14. Complaint closure along with CSS team15.
