Title : Territory Sales Manager - TATA TISCO (3rd Party role)Experience : 3+ yearsLocation : Kolkata and Ranchi ;- Regularly meet and engage with builder/dealer team to discuss and pitch Tisco build across the territory.- Build strong understanding of customer requirement and product features and in customer discussions recommend correct usage and benefits of using AAC blocks- Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tiscobuild from superiors and cascade them to consumption center/project wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same.- Be a seamless communicator to the customer and other stakeholders (manufacturers, distributor, dealers etc) to ensure smooth end to end coordination of project delivery.- Develop a deep understanding of the product and be able to provide solution to the consumer based on requirements and resolve technical queries- Be able to understand and appropriately record the consumer need and provide all necessary usage and installation SOPs- Converse and develop a harmonious relationship with AAC manufacturer and aggregate orders to be placed with the supplier.- Scout and visit identified construction sites/IHB sites and centers and proactively meet customers- Identify and map key influencers within construction sites - Key consumers influencing decisions - Architects and structural engineers. Ensure effective execution of all planned builder/promoter and influencer engagement activities like engagement meets, roadshows, van campaigns etc.; generate leads from these activities.- Build architect and influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads- Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working- Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on timeQualifications :- Full Time MBA preferable- Must have Team Handling experience.- Required minimum of 2.5-3 years of sales experience in :1. Service oriented industry (Building material, furniture, interior products etc.)2. Construction materials industry (cement, steel, tiles, etc.) (ref:updazz.com)
