Role Profile On media planning & deployment, there are several capabilities being developed / need to be developed across the spectrum. These span media planning (objective, brand life stage, vehicles, consumer effectiveness), guided data sets (acquire, embed, enhance), and automation (dynamic deployment at scale). The person will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance in developing future fit media capabilities that will help drive brand growth. The person is expected to liaise with Media team, Data and Analytics team and external agencies to conceptualize, develop and execute best in class media plans for brands. In-depth knowledge of the Media landscape and media partners is essential. The person must be a skilled communicator to build trust and rapport with for internal and external stakeholders. A through understanding of BARC and analysing data is a must. Key Skills & Requirement \xe2\x80\x93
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing media planning and strategy
  • The candidate may come from an agency with an experience of handling business of an advertiser/group of advertisers.
  • Traditional media management (TV) is a must. Digital media experience will be an added advantage.
  • Adept in understanding and working on traditional media planning tools (BARC, IRS, TGI)
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
