Answering phones and explaining the education model of the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
Obtaining customer (parent) information and other relevant data if need be.
Resolving queries and issues of the customer (parent).
ORM – Responding to Google reviews
Maintaining the database of calls on Excel.
