Job description:

As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Training & Quality-India & SAARC, you will be responsible for: -

1. Leading a service business internal & customer service complaints related to Product quality, warranty & Training requirements.

Location: West

Additional Requirements:

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Tracking quality hot jobs on daily basis and preparing effective solution to end users.

2. Reporting quality issues with necessary data and PCA to both factory and regional technical support team and obtain appropriate solution.

3. Continuous engagement with factory quality teams to improve quality

4. Imparting training to key account customers across India

5. Technical support to teams across India (on-site & Virtual)

6. On site intervention during escalations to resolve major issues.

7. Meeting customers during conflict situations to explain issues technically.

8. Service alert from API - dissemination to all teams time to time.

9. Continuous follow up with teams for epidemic quality issues in OEM components for cut-off dates monitoring

10. On the job training teams during major overhauls/interventions at site.

11. Training of service team, Customer consultants and sales teams across India

12. Monitoring & reporting COPQ \xe2\x80\x93 Discussing the same with API on monthly meeting \xe2\x80\x93 Europe team during quarterly SCC

13. Coordinating & partnering with local drive OEMs for warranty and out of warranty service supports

14. Guiding the local service vendors and suppliers about SOP & Trane standards

15. Arranging local OEM trainings to Service team

16. Ready/Willing to travel across India & SAARC based on need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 8-12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading a large scale, high performing services skills on all range of HVAC products & updated technology.

Strong business acumen including a solid understanding of service complaints, RCA knowledge for detail and superior customer service skills

Must have a proven track record of leading, developing and coaching employees.

Experience leading in a technical environment (HVAC) is preferred.

Education: B,Tech \xe2\x80\x93 Mech with 8Y experience or Diploma \xe2\x80\x93 Mech with 10+Y experience of similar JD profile.
