Role & Responsibilities, but not limited to this only: Responsibility for market mapping, new business development and account management through team Making sure teams are getting monitored, supervised, and managed to provide exponential growth in terms of merchant acquisitions and revenue generation. To use deep business insight and market knowledge to play a critical role in bringing prospects through the full sales cycle Have a deep understanding of the product/ platform and highlight relevant features/functionality basis the client\'s specific business needs. Develop a quality pipeline and lead new client acquisitions. Making effective sales presentations based on the needs of the prospects and handling negotiations Ensure the business target achievement: pipeline building, client conversion, smooth onboarding and revenues while managing and mentoring team To manage the expectations of merchants through cross-functional interactions & ensuring that deliverables are completed Develop excellent relationships with key clients, providing support during implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting any product issues or concerns. To provide client\'s inputs and insights to the product team, with the goal of making impact on internal strategy and securing the success of merchant Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets by responding with a quality pipeline To achieve & exceed the KPIs, revenue targets and company goals. Eligibility Criteria: Should have 2-5 years of relevant experience Having strong hold on for Client Acquisition, Account Management, Business Strategy, PnL Management etc. Must have SaaS/Solutions sales experience for FnB/Fintech/Retail industry etc. Strong business development & consultative selling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate Ability to resolve problems, adapt, and grow quickly as we create the Client Success organization Excellent organization, project management and time management skills and ability to take initiative.
