Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Channel - Enable Channel appointment specially Retailers, Facilitate manpower appointment & existing channel readiness

Volume / Sales / Market Share for CODE (New Product of Mahindra Swaraj)
Capability Building - Organizing training for Sales & Service Manpower
Product / Service Enablement - Availability, Performance feedback, Issues resolution & escalation, co-ordination with ICG/Mohali etc (ICG - Infant Care Group).
Promotion - Conduct BTL Campaigns, Wall paintings, Bus Branding , Liaison networking with KVK\'s, Brand advocates, Demos\'
Market Development - Promote the new product in relevant applications, crops, markets with AO Team as per product strengths\'
