  • Handling Traditional Trade Channel (BOSCH Authorized Dealers) to achieve Sales KPIs.
  • Visit to SME and industries in nearby areas to promote Bosch Products
  • Network Expansion by Appointment of new dealers in the market
  • Conducting Sales Activities to generate demand & Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills.
  • Responsible for payment collection & receivables control.
  • Promoting new products and increase Market share.
  • Very Good Knowledge of market, Power Tools or allied products.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
Qualifications

B.E (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, relevant field degree) +MBA (preferred) or MBA (Sales & Marketing)

5- 8 years of experience.

Language Skills in English, Hindi, local language. Preferred knowledge on digitalization & analytics

Additional information

Minimum 2-6 Years + Experience in Channel Sales (handling More than 10 dealers )

Core Competence - Channel Handling

Working Experience in Power tools, Allied products, Industrial consumables or similar industry.

Travel to up country areas

Working Knowledge in using IT systems (Sales CRM)

Negotiation skills, PR skills, interest in travelling.
