Company Profile: Pillcraft is an Ayurvedic Medicine company based in Mumbai. We make medicines for various indications like pain management, sleep, and vigor. We are looking for suitable Sales Managers to expand our area of operation. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build relationships with doctors.
- Provide market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordination with other team members & distributors.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Manage a team of MRs.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products and practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel.
