ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by identifying new projects and
meeting prospective clients.
Scanning under construction residential projects in Jodhpur and adjoining areas for lead generation.
Developing good relations with architects/interior designers and meeting them regularly for their
upcoming ventures.
Identifying and appointing local dealer(s) for distribution segment.
Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing activities to drive sales and profit.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Regular follow-up with prospective customer.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with basic computer skills.
Experience of 2 years in sales (Audio-Visual/Automation/Lighting/ Hardware/Sanitary/Modular
Kitchen).
Good relations with architects/interior designers.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in working with and influencing other people.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
