Exciting roles in an MNC, being a Global Speciality Medical Device company possessing extensive experience in Interventional Cardiology for past 16 years.

  • Designation: AREA SALES MANAGER
  • Location: Pune
  • Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
  • Product Segment: Cardiovascular.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales and Distribution channel management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Marketing initiatives in the territory.
  • Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the territory.
  • Good relationships with the intervention cardiologist in the territory.
  • Territory knowledge of all customers in intervention cardiology.
  • Taking initiatives to bring new business growth.
  • Taking initiatives to bring new ideas/ out of box thinking.
  • Serious drive for the results.
  • Serious growth of the area in the previous organization.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 4+ years (in the specified product segment from Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry).
  • Education: Science/ Biotechnology Degree.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Team Building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good Presentation skills.
