Assistant Sales Manager Cattle Feed Sales
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: An ASM will be responsible for setting and exceeding the sales target, tracking sales performance and managing the sales team to drive business sales.r r :r r Sales & Marketing of Cattle/Animal Feed (Pashu Aahar).r r Achieve Sales targets as desired by organization.
r Coordinate and arrange technical seminars, farmer meetings in assigned areas.
r Develop new dealers/retailer/big dairy farmers for increasing sales volume.
r Handling sales team members and day to day operations.r r Provide product and sales training to sales team members.r r Responsible for territory wise sales growth.r r Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance. r r Addressing and resolving the issues faced by customers and handling complaints.r r Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales function.r r Create demand at the end user level. Analyze end user area sales monthly and propose market share development plans to management on a quarterly basis.
