Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:


Portfolio Management

Monitor, drive & work on portfolio quality and housekeeping parameters.
Analyzing the new business & portfolio reports for performances of different regions.
Highlighting concerns for improving the process / policy from time to time to strengthen the portfolio quality.
Devise strategy / action in discussion with sales for improvement / better portfolio control.


Portfolio Analytics

Portfolio & housekeeping analysis on key parameters /deliverables and sharing with line team.
Monitoring of portfolio trends from various perspectives of the live portfolio and highlighting the same to CH / CIRH / Regional Heads.
NPA / LNPA recovery tracking and discuss with CH / CIRH.
Rotation tracking mechanism to be placed for customers on Half Yearly / Yearly basis depending upon cropping pattern.
Review of housekeeping parameters like deferrals / LAD / CAM expiry etc.
Dedupe NPA / LNPA accounts at customer level.
Review of disbursement TATs



Stakeholder Management
Managing internal stakeholders like the Sales, Compliance, Remedial, Credit, Collections, Fincon, Operations, Legal, Audit, HR, etc.



People Management
Define job roles and KRA's for team member basis their core competencies. Assign accountability for individuals after identifying core competencies and assign job roles to
achieve high productivity and morale in the team
Efficient team management and keeping team motivated to ensure high levels of productivity.
Hiring, training and managing the portfolio team to achieve the desired results.
Driving Regional Portfolio teams for aligning to the objective of the Team
Define objectives for portfolio team in line with the Unit's objective.



MIS & Control
Analyze & publish dashboards for review of key deliverables. Sharing updates on portfolio & housekeeping with line team.
Automation of portfolio & central MIS reporting.
Use of technology & analytics to improve on efficiencies.



Visits Monitoring
Review of dashboard published on sales team follow ups done on delinquent customers and highlight to CIRH / RH for review.
Monitor branch visits carried out by portfolio managers on a sample basis so that portfolio control procedures adopted by sales team are intact and team is well trained to handle portfolio quality benchmarks.
Joint visit with sales team to delinquent customers on a sample basis and tracking promise made by customers for repayment.
Update to Portfolio Head / internal compliance team on any anomaly in his jurisdiction, like unauthorized sourcing, Unethical practices by line team, etc.
Inform about new initiatives / strategies to be adopted for better portfolio control.
