We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / AVP \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Business Development responsible for expanding the Centillion\xe2\x80\x99s market share and attaining other key performance metrics like market dominance, must be able sell the centillion\xe2\x80\x99s technology/services across the different sectors or environments. Further, the Sr. Manager / AVP \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Business Development must initiate, implement, and close winning sales strategies that enable us to achieve its key performance objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Identify, evaluate, and conducting follow-up on sales leads to closing the deal.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and build a strong sales pipeline.
Create strategic business partnerships and driving new revenue sources.
Responsible for mapping the procurement and payment process of the customer.
Ensure that the purchase order is provided to the commercial team for further processing and execution.
Track all leads and create a funnel report while keeping the commercial team updated sales pipeline and forecast of expected orders.
Enhance business growth by seeking new growth areas, cross-selling new products to existing clients, generating ideas for new products to respond to changing customer needs.
Handle the key accounts in enterprise accounts as per region.
Generate new business both in face-to-face meetings and over the phone.
Interact with the clients and understand their needs, present new technologies and solutions to enhance their business growth.
Achieve revenue goals through retention/acquisitions of accounts.
Strengthen customer relationships resulting in increased customer awareness, satisfaction and loyalty.
Write up concise, value-based sales proposals.
Work on gross margin target on the product and account base.
Reply to all customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain sales reports, activity reports and revenue forecasts.
Complete all documentation and administrative records, fully and accurately.
Develop and maintain database of all contacts.
Maintain and improve the relationship with existing customers.
Requirements:
10 years of Business development experience with strong corporate relationships.
Strong Value Selling capability.
Ability to work with Cross Business Teams.
Evaluate feasibility of Technical and Technical risks of Digital Transformation projects.
Ability to sell products in competitive and tough market conditions.
Should have maturity and ability to be able to handle the customer hierarchy confidently up to the CXO level.
Should be innovative in identify potential customer base.
High level of organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Having contacts/ relationships in handling manufacturing, ISVs in retail, healthcare, and hospitality etc will be an added advantage.
Self-Driven, self-motivated and a go-getter.
Candidate must have high energy levels and should be a fast learner.
Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process, CRM, or any other solution.
Candidate should have relevant and proven track record in business development and corporate sales in an B2B environment.
