Position: Area Manager(Sales)-Home Loan & Mortgages
Location: Jaipur - Rajasthan
Role: Handling 2 TL\'s with 20 SOs.for Mortgages & Home Loan Business
:
Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, recruitment and development of new sales officers, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
2. Training and Coaching
3. Geography mapping
4. Development of under-performing employees
5. Reviews \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly/Weekly.
6. Daily Huddle
7. Source Relationship Management.
