JD Area Manager -
r Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, recruitment and development of new sales
r officers, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees and
r sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
r :r r 1. Recruitment
r Responsible for recruitment of sales officers and TM by managing the entire recruitment

r Responsible for conducting the training of new joinees in conjunction with L&D team. He
r should train and coach the new joinees on geography mapping, source management and
r customer relationship.
r 3. Geography mapping
r Responsible for allocation of geography at all levels. Should train and coach the TM, new
r joinees and underperforming employees on area mapping. Should coach TM on auditing of
r geography. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervals.r r 4. Development of under-performing employees
r Responsible for identifying the under-performing employee's basis the location benchmarks
r and areas of development. Should be able to match the gap with the relevant interventions.
r 5. Reviews - Monthly/Weekly.
r Responsible for reviews of teams which will cover performance, identification of gaps, goal
r setting. Should conduct follow up reviews on the preset goals for the team.
r 6. Daily Huddle
r Monitor effectiveness of morning huddle. Conduct and attend managerial huddle on a daily
r basis.
r 7. Source Relationship Management.
r o Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources
r in his geographic area.
r 8. Team Managementr r Responsible for maintaining a culture of fairness, openness, happiness and transparency.
r Should be accessible to new joinees and under-performing employees and maintain smooth
