JOB DESCRIPTIONr r
r - Will be responsible to manage sales of Home Loans in given region.
r
r - Sourcing of New Business from Walking Customer and through Cold calling, open Market.
r
r - Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan
r
r - Collect the document as per the requirement of loan
r
r - Follow up to customer regarding loan queries
r
r - To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
r
r - To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
r
r - Maintaining good relationship with Home Finance team ensuring customer satisfaction.
r
r - Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
r
r - Preparing and maintaining MIS report.
r
r - 1-9 years experience in Mortage, Preferred in affordable Housing
r
r - Flexible for Traveling in India.
r
r - Channel Management
r
r Required Skills:

r - Good Communication.

r - Customer Orientation.

r - Positive Approach.
r
r - Confident & Positive Approach.
r
r - Experienced in HOME LOAN/ LAP/ Mortgage.

r - Should be experienced in any sales / marketing / Field work.
