The role reports to the Cluster Manager and is responsible for franchise acquisition / expansion of Pre-schools. The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner.
Openings are at the following locations :-
- East - Aizawl, Raipur, Itanagar, Kolkata, Patna, Imphal
- West - Jabalpur, Gwalior, Bhopal, Surat, Rajkot, Aurangabad, Nagpur
- North - Jammu, Karnal, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota
- South - Hubli/Dharwad, Davangere/Mangalore, Mysore/Mandya, Chennai, Karnool/ Anantapur, Cochin, Coimbatore, Chennai, Vijaywada
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to expand Kidzee franchise Preschool in the assigned territory as per the goals of the regions.
- Sign up new franchise Preschool at identified and validated locations.
- In order to expand Kidzee franchise signup in the assigned territory, the person is responsible to generate prospects by conducting various on ground field activities.
- Conduct business presentation and evaluate the potential of business partners for Kidzee expansion.
- Responsible for revenue arising from franchise fee collection from new Kidzee signup.
- Provide intelligence related to market changes.7. Adhere to laid down a procedure and process as per the function requirements.
8. To create reports as per the guideline and process of the functions.
Qualification & Requisite:
- Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience range of 4-7 years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel extensively (at least eighteen to twenty days in a month)
Preferred skills : franchise sales, Franchisee Acquisition
Experience: 4 to 7 years
