Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - Sales
br/ ? Achieving business and Insurance numbers. br/ ? Understanding of customer segmentation and drive value proposition to the target segments. br/ ? Ensure implementation of promotional plans and suggesting new and innovating promotion plans for the area of work. br/ ? Liaising with HR / Admin managers at major corporate for doing promotions and bulk deals br/ ? Effectively selling our products and meeting service requirements of senior employees at various corporate br/
br/ Channel Development br/ ? Build a robust distribution network br/ ? Build innovative & alternate distribution channels br/ ? Effective management of channel partners and ensuring highest level of service delivery br/ ? Position the organization as preferred financier for the channel partners and customers br/
br/ Portfolio Health br/ ? Owning the health of the portfolio sourced as well as ensuring proper control on delinquency. br/ ? Analysis portfolio performance of business sourced by team members to ensure excellent portfolio quality br/
br/ Team Management & Development br/ ? Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions xqyqz profitability and employee development. br/ ? Driving team productivity br/ ? Effective management of Sales teams in terms of development of sales force. br/ ? Identifying the need of sales training xqyqz analyzing changing market trends xqyqz channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM to deliver better products in the marketplace. br/ ? Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship xqyqz motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. br/ ? Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
? Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-4 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience
br/ ? Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans for the Salaried segment would be an added advantage. br/ ? Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. br/ ? Excellent communication skills. br/ ? Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. br/ ? Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. br/ ? Excellent relationship skills. br/ ? Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. br/ ? High motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. br/ ? Working knowledge of Excel.
