Position Open- Shift In charge Department- Blast Furnace (Operation) Unit: JSW BPSL, Sambalpur, Odisha Unit (s)- 01 Qualification & Experience Range – 7-10 Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports operational security through an operations schedule including shutdown planning integrated into the maintenance plan.
- Provide an environment that supports operational ownership of plant & equipment reliability.
- Ensure contract costs are minimized through scrutiny of work carried out.
- Work within budget constraints of the Iron Making operating budget.
- Support training & development of Iron Making Operations personnel.
- Provides support to the operations & technology teams.
