If you see your opportunity in complexity , then we are the right fit for you.: Technical Analyst - Support Educational Requirements Bachelor\'s degree Overall Accountability The qualified candidate will have a Linux and Windows background with strong troubleshooting and problem determination skills. The position requires solid knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers. The successful candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with internal/external clients. General Role & Responsibilities: Solid Linux systems administration knowledge Document and maintain standards/best practices in a Development environment Support containers based applications Support of Development and Test environments including setup and configuration, user ID setup and configuration, environment refreshes, RTE administration and containers based applications Responsible for providing support of Linux and Windows based infrastructure health Competencies: (Behavioral and Functional) Critical Must have a degree or diploma in a related discipline 3 to 5 years Linux Administration Experience Intermediate knowledge operating in a Linux (RHEL7) and Windows 2012/16 Server environments Knowledge of containers based Technologies (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in providing development support in a Linux based environment Experience with O/S administration including third party software for Linux based Infrastructures Experience with Citrix Delivery and VDI Strong shell and Perl scripting skills Important Knowledge and experience with Web technologies including JBOSS, Spring Boot and Apache Knowledge and experience with Event Management and System Monitoring including Splunk Knowledge of Linux Security and ITTL processes Previous experience providing client support in the financial services and/or a service oriented environment Strong client relationship and organizational skills.
