Job Title: Application Support Analyst (Workstation Operating System) Location : Pune Experience : 4 Years Skills : Workstation Operating system Support, Java/WebSphere, Middleware. TCS is helping in the recruitment process for the India affiliate of one of TCS\'s strategic US based Healthcare customer\'s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune and are seeking a Support Analyst (Workstation Operating System) to participates in the incident and problem management process by resolving complex issues (e.g., root cause analysis, coordinate prevention plan execution) and addressing escalations as appropriate. Essential Responsibility Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines, following procedures and policies, and applying data and resources to support projects or initiatives, collaborating with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems, supporting the completion of priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress and information, identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities when possible, and escalating issues or risks as appropriate. Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by sharing resources, information, and knowledge with coworkers and customers, Meets timelines to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions. Provides first and second level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues. Assists technical and project team members to resolve system problems and application-specific issues. Escalates identified issues, risks or problems to lead administrators according to processes. Plans and performs complex system configuration. Supports communications with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, prioritize customer requirements, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback. Defines and tests maintenance and refresh activities. Participates in the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure. Assists with application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments. Supports vendor support activities, as appropriate. Recommends and executes performance tuning and optimization activities. Creates documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information, and reviews documentation of others. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum 4 years working in IT or operations. Minimum 2 years experience in application support. 4 years system administration experience (Workstation Operating System) 2 years coding experience with one or more programming languages (Java preferred) 4 years experience in WebSphere and additional middleware administration (e.g. MQ etc.). Preferred Qualification 2 years experience working with IT vendors. 4 years experience working in a health care organization (IT Vertical) 4 years experience working with pharmacy users, software and/or platform 2 years of experience in handling Putty, Linux and Unix OS. 1 year of Experience of experience in writing minor SQL scripts 2 years of experience on ITIL processes & ServiceNow 1 year of experience of using SAAS and vendor hosted application 1 year of experience in writing technical support and administration document Understanding of incident management, change management, problem management and release management processes 1 year of experience in implementing or coordinating application disaster recovery Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP, Switches, TLS Protocol, router, active directory and workstation 1 Year experience of using JIRA Basic understanding of TLS protocol Knowledge of coordinating with infrastructure stakeholders to resolve application vulnerabilities remotely. 2 years of experience of remotely login on Windows server Industry: Healthcare
