Role purpose

• Lead transformation and education driving Global Seeds P&S functional team members to increased utilization of SAP and associated systems by significantly improving the skills in our user community.
• Share process expertise across functional teams, guide an Lean Six Sigma mindset
• Define KPI\'s/other metrics and proactive monitoring, identify process efficiency and improvement

Accountabilities

• Build, execute and monitor a transformational plan which increases the utilization of system usage in Seeds P&S across the region
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to create easy to use functional solutions
• Engage with functional Seeds P&S team to identify new opportunities to leverage technology
• Coach leaders and users to evaluate and prioritize business cases to meet functional needs
• Develop educational roadmap and content driving the supply chain team member back to utilization of SAP and associated systems
• Develop a deep understanding of the interrelationship between the end-to-end functional processes and their interdependencies on other functional process areas, people and organization with the business community (leaders & users)
• As a contributor to a change initiative, review all integrated processes for risks, issues and opportunities for sustainable improvements
• Review inbound process issues and facilitate the best solution approach using a combination of people training, transformation, process updates, service improvements or technology changes
• Ensure that all functional processes and subsequent change items are positioned correctly for ongoing sustainability
• Influence and lead the cultural change to move from paper and excel spreadsheets to ERP/SAP

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical Knowledge

• Bachelor\'s Degree in IT, Agri-business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Broad understanding of information management systems
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, proven experience in designing SAP solutions
• Deep knowledge of the Seeds business, specifically in the Supply Chain function

Critical experience

• Leading teams on transformational journeys
• Educating user community on the use of technology
• OpEx / Six Sigma
• 10+ years\' experience delivering data and analytics solutions

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

• Ability to connect business needs with technical implementation
• Able to interact with people on all levels of the organization
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and professional communication skills (written & oral)
