This role is positioned within the IT department and reports to the DGM-IT. The primary purpose of this role is to drive digitization initiatives within the organization.

large scale Digital Transformation:

- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, implement IoT-enabled systems for predictive maintenance, and enhance supply chain management through data-driven insights.

- Business Process Transformation using low Code Platform Zoho Creator

- Drive business agility and efficiency with Robotic Automation ( RPA)

Functional:

- Manufacturing process knowledge

- PMP (Project Management Professional) - Project management

- Agile project management

Technical:

- Strong expertise in manufacturing process documentation.

- Knowledge of ZOHO creator.

- IOT (Internet of Things) SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).

- Experience in Process improvement projects.

- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) knowledge.
