Job Family Definition:
Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Job Overview
Responsible for managing the technical delivery of HPE's Digital Transformation Programs in areas such as multi-party SC network visibility, operational reporting & analytics etc.
Managing and driving engagements with business, IT, vendors, system integrators in order to plan and deliver phases of the program: Responsible for coordinating across all technical resources and establish effective communication for technical execution of complex programs
Oversee the execution of programs , their progress compared to plan and deployment of agreed deliverables
Direct the creation and maintenance of the required program technical documentation and artifacts: Including but not limited to technical design specifications, change request documentation, cutover management, support tasks etc.
Propose technical solution frameworks & system integrations based on industry best practices
Communication of tasks, statuses and risks to program sponsors including senior management
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
10 or more years of progressively responsible IT experience, with an outlook towards business problem solving and project management
Experience in leading large, cross-functional projects & programs is required that would include but not limited to ERP implementations (SAP) , application modernization or migrations, Cloud application integration and Service management, Hybrid B2B/A2A integrations (API/ EDI etc.), Operational Reporting & Analytics deployments
Experience in managing extremal vendors and System Integrators
Experience and understanding of supply chain management systems and implementations in the areas of plan, make, source, deliver
Deep understanding of IT architecture design
Strong experience managing integrated testing and QA
Technical Consulting leadership experience including management of senior leadership
Demonstrated experience in working with cross functional global teams and stakeholders is required
Preferred Qualifications
10 - 15 years in project management experience in a professional IT Services environment
Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMP- Agile , ITIL or equivalent)
