The role provides ample opportunity to learn, grow & enhance skill sets. Your Job Coordinate with BPO lead to perform Vendor Risk Assessment covering Financial Viability, Regulatory/ Compliance , Operational/ Technical Performance, Information Security, Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery Management, Facility (Physical and Environmental Security), Personnel Security in alignment with the requirements outlined in GF policies and standards You excel at teamwork and have the ability to lead projects from start to finish and to drive collaborative approaches around vendor and contract management. Other Responsibilities Monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance Annual BCP review dates- Testing dates Annual SOP review & updates Support SME in UAT Follow up oncompliance with regulations and standards Training Status of new hires & keeping record of quality of output of resources KPI Reports for all functions \xe2\x80\x93 Tracking Vendor Performance Volume Metric Required Qualifications

• Education - Post Graduate or Graduate in finance, accounting or related fields

Experience \xe2\x80\x93 bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 4-6 years, master\'s degree with 2-5 years of experience

• Years of Experience - 10-12 years with an ideal mix between captive & Third party exposure

• Please indicate % of travel - NIL

• Fluency in English Language \xe2\x80\x93 Strong Verbal & Written language skills
