Job responsibilities: Coordination with customers after receipt of PO for Documents /LIC etc. for code generation. Providing Data, Proforma Invoice to customer as & when required. Intimation of dispatch planning and dispatch details to customers. After sales service- documents required by customers- COA, LR, Transport documents, documents upload in customer portal. ISO Audit. Preparation and sendingcorrect RSP for Local to demand planning. Monthly, Weekly and Daily schedule preparation for circulation to Plant/warehouse. Coordination with Plant/Planner/Dispatch/Transporter for smooth dispatch. SO preparation for all plants. Tracking of Dispatches on Daily basis. Coordinate with supply chain and production team by regular plant visit for efficient business transaction.
