Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Analyst - Conversion Service The DC Implementation, an important arm of DC \xe2\x80\x93 Operations, is primarily responsible for on-boarding of clients onto Fidelity platform and on-going maintenance of DC plans. The team offers variety of services to its clients through re/configuration of plans, quality assurance, contract amendment, asset movement and liquidation etc. Few roles client consultation to plan sponsors/advisors or designated plan administrators in helping them move data/liquidate assets by being a part of the global team model. The Purpose of This Role The Conversion Services under DC Implementation umbrella is broadly classified into a) Fund Actions b) De-Conversion c) Conversion Analyst Support & d) Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) and are involved in the conversion of Assets [401(k)] and Participant Indicative data either from Prior Record Keeper or to New Record Keeper. Conversion Services also involved in managing the existing Portfolio as required by Client. The Skills that are Key to this role

How Your Work Impacts the Organization CA Support:
  • Accurate processing and transfer of Plan Assets from Prior Record Keeper
  • Reconciliation of Purchased assets and transaction processed
  • Reconciliation Audit and obtaining client approval
  • Allocation of Funds as per Client Direction
  • Processing Dividend/Interest accrued from the date of transfer of Plan Assets to Fidelity
  • Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and see to that it is implemented
  • Meet and exceed all business goals \xe2\x80\x93 Internal and External Service Level Agreements
Fund Action:
  • Accurate processing and transfer of plan assets to new funds
  • Changing of plan level investment elections accurately
  • Processing of requests received from fund vendors on their portfolio amendments including fund mergers
  • Creating and evaluating the Blue Sky Reporting which will have the impact on Tax liability of participants
  • Interact with Global partners such as CAP Group, MD and Fin-Ops to resolve the issues at Global level
  • Respond timely to operational requests submitted by Relationship managers/Managing Directors of Fidelity Plan
  • Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and see to that it is implemented
  • Meet and exceed all business goals \xe2\x80\x93 Internal and external Service Level Agreements
De-Conversions:
  • Accurate processing and transfer of Plan Assets from Fidelity to New Trustee
  • Extract Participants\xe2\x80\x99 records, Evaluate and send to the New Record Keeper
  • Participate in the Conference calls set up by the New Record Keeper on behalf of Fidelity and Clarification/queries of any gap In the Data/Asset transfer/Procedures
  • Work closely with Relationship Management team and Fin-Ops to execute the project without any flaws
  • Respond timely to operational requests submitted by Relationship managers/Clients/New Record Keepers
  • Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and see to that it is implemented
  • Meet and exceed all business goals \xe2\x80\x93 Internal and External Service Level Agreements
  • Communicate project milestone feedback to all the concerned levels of the organization.
The Expertise We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For
  • Should be a Graduate Preferably from Mutual Fund Industry
  • An experience of 3.00-3.50 Years in non-voice BPO operations from Mutual Fund Domain Preferably from 401(K).
  • Strong process improvement focus.
