Job Overview
Specialized role focused on managing relationship and service delivery operations of third party partner organization for GBS R2A business. by planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the International business The role is designed to be a first point of contact between the country / GIC & CG on workload management. This individual is responsible for design solutions for record to Analyze business cycle (General Accounting, Fixed Assets & Financial planning & Analysis) and ensuring flawless service delivery to be performed by third party partner in consistent and standardized manner. Individual will be responsible for ensuring strong controls, compliance on the R2A processes. He/she should be an expert in R2A area in SAP FICO module and should have sound technical and process knowledge. He/she should have expertise to navigate through organization and multiple service partners to lead, influence and change processes to ensure best in class R2A processes. He / She should have excellent people management skills to manage geographically dispersed teams across centers. He/she should have strong project management skills to lead and implement new transitions/projects.
This role needs a strong adherence to governance procedure to maintain the health of process by expanding the process expertise model across all delivery centers of CG (Krakow, Bangalore Blumenau & Nanhai)
The role will also be responsible for projects delivery involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners as well as mitigating/resolving day to day issues, risks and conflicts elevated by business partners.
The role demands to act as a trusted advisor in partnership with functional business stakeholders to synchronize business activities, identifying service components (People, Process, Practices etc.) to deliver business outcomes and capabilities and identify process improvement ideas to either standardize or bring in best practice approach.
It requires the individual to establish and maintains relationships with all Country, GIC & CG stakeholders by demonstrating reliability, cooperativeness, honesty, and an unbiased approach to analysis work.
The role is expected to play a pivotal interface between GIC and CG on SLA management, process escalation resolution and strengthening of partnership between CG & GIC.

- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Prepare annual budget
- Schedule expenditures and analyze variances

of Time In-Process Service Management
- End to end service delivery management by being an Expert on the R2A processes & systems
- Design, develop, change and implement process design
- Review and recommend in-process Vital, Essential, Desirable metrics.
- Ensure service levels are met per agreement.
- Conduct Operational Performance Reviews with GIC & CG Leadership to evaluate process efficacy
- Act as first point of contact to understand country concerns around process practices - errors, training gaps, process changes etc.
- Develop advance reporting and analytics to provide proactive insights to Business.
- Liaison with CG Leadership on timely and institutional fixation for escalations

of Time Process Expertize Model Advancement
- Own deployment of Process Expertize Model across all delivery centers
- Escalation Management: Ownership of timely and appropriate closure of all escalation received from country stakeholders
- Recommend appropriate deviations to Global design as and when required
- CG Query Analysis and SPOC for all the queries/ escalation raised by CG
- Knowledge Management
- Monitor centralized document repository for SOPs, JTA, Controls with change control
- Ensure adequate Process Versatility & cross training levels are maintained
- Conduct quarterly documentation audits
- Operational Risk Review
- Review BIA documentation - update, test, change control
- Ensure documentation and practices are in place for any SOX, GIA or Compliance review
- Extend support to internal and external auditors.

of Time Process Control & Governance
- Ensure all control protocols and defined guidelines are implemented and followed
- Ensure processes operate within the Group's SOX program and Standard Policy and Procedure
- Monitor all SAP approvals, SOD Mitigation Controls, Role clean-up etc.
- Closely work with GQR team to implement robust risk mitigation practices

of Time Projects & CI
- Educate and institutionalize CI tool implementation & practices within process
- Participate & identify in projects / opportunities from a SME standpoint to execute & bring about process efficiency & cost leadership
- Actively participate in team or site events/initiatives

Desired Profile

Education

Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Accounting and Finance
Required Professional Certifications: SAP
Preferred Professional Certifications: Risk Management

Experience

Minimum years of related experience required: 6-8 years in Record to Analyze (GL, FA & FPnA)
Preferred years of related experience: 8-10 years in Finance & Accounts
