What you'll achieve As a Senior Analyst, IT Service Operations, you will be responsible for Providing L1/L2 Production Support for large enterprise systems and applications, with opportunities work as Site Reliability Engineering initiatives. You will work with Sales Operations Team from different regions on providing solutions for any issues and incidents on Sales Tools which are are on .Net technologies. You will be making use of different tools like Catchpoint, Splunk, DynaTrace, in addition to analytical skills. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications or IT or related fields involving software and systems engineering. Experience in problem solving Production issues in large enterprises and/or Experience L1/L2/L3 Support, Incident Management, Problem Mgmt, Root Cause Analysis. Overall 3-5 years' experience in technology domain in large enterprises. 2-3 Years' experience in Production Systems Monitoring's and Systems Engineering from Support perspective using Service Now or similar tools. Experience Production Support at L1/L2/L3 level Experience is Proactive monitoring of Production infrastructure of distributed systems in a large enterprise setup on tools like Catchpoint, Riverbed, Splunk, Mango DB Admin. Desirable Requirements Exposure to DevOps Admin roles and responsibilities, CI/CD, PCF, Blue-Green deployment for Production Systems resolutions/fixes. Exposure to full stack development on Microsoft .Net and related platforms and/or programming skills in at least one of languages .Net C#, Python, Perl. Exposure to data analytics using basic to medium level mathematical models and data structures.
