Role Summary :

- This is a high-visibility strategic partner and thought leader role that leads the coordination and strategic alignment of diverse Business Functions.

- The incumbent is responsible for driving high-importance projects and providing analysis and recommendation to CCSO and Co-founders on potential M&A opportunities

Responsibilities :

- Lead strategic projects that help frame long-term customer experience and cost efficiencies

- Own action-item tracking and follow-through to resolution.

- Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with CCSO-owned deliverables and commitments

- Identify, prioritize and surface topics and issues that require CCSO attention along with suggestions for mitigation or resolution.

- Create structure and focus for broad, ambiguous ideas that the CCSO & Cofounders are exploring and bring forth recommendations for action in a timely manner

- Work with the founders & senior management to develop an effective, cohesive strategy to inform future company M&A activities.

- Be responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options

- Develop and manages methods to streamline and enhance existing processes and programs by adopting leading practices

Desired Competencies :

- Ability to manage a high degree of complexity and to distil information from multiple sources

- Exceptional cross-organization collaboration-building skills, including ability to partner with teams with multiple different priorities.

- Understanding of media industry and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP etc.

- Project Management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects

- Ability to prioritize work and maintain good judgment in a rapidly changing environment and synthesize insights and next steps from a large amount of sometimes conflicting data.

- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications & Experience :

- 2 - 6 years of working experience in a Program Management role. Experience in Consulting firms desired.

- Prior experience in the media industry and cloud technologies
