- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for non-IT roles, collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. - Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. - Review and assess candidates qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values through resume screening, phone screenings, and interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective interviews. - Maintain regular communication with candidates, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback to provide a positive candidate experience. - Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner, both online and offline, by participating in employer branding initiatives. - Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, collaborating with HR and legal teams for accuracy and compliance. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities, generating reports to analyze sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Candidate Qualifications: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant background experience.
