Opportunity to lead the entire spectrum of Talent Acquisition (PAN India) Opportunity to serve in a high visibility role reporting to the Head of HR Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Implement and optimize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), creating dashboards and utilizing talent acquisition analytics to measure metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-to-hire, and quality of hires. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization\'s culture and requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with reputed organizations. An MBA for a reputed institute. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in implementing and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proven track record of successfully filling positions at middle to senior executive levels. Knowledge of manufacturing sector hiring practices and industry-specific talent requirements is highly desirable.
