Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization\'s culture and requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with reputed organizations. An MBA for a reputed institute. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in implementing and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proven track record of successfully filling positions at middle to senior executive levels. Knowledge of manufacturing sector hiring practices and industry-specific talent requirements is highly desirable.
