Within our global, Managed Services platform, we provide Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services), where we focus more so on the evolution of our clients\xe2\x80\x99 applications and cloud portfolio. Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree and/or 5 years Equivalent Experience

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates expert abilities and extensive Application Managed Service projects and Quality Assurance Testing the Guidewire applications suite on premises and SaaS, with proven success executing and leading all aspects of complex engagements within the Guidewire product suite achieving on-time and on-budget delivery, as well as the following:

Demonstrates expert abilities managing ITIL Processes; Tracking SLA\xe2\x80\x99s, and contracting;

Demonstrates advanced abilities providing solution strategy and Application Evolution Services (AES, formerly AMS) delivery as a Guidewire Functional Lead. Employees in the Functional Lead position should think of themselves and be regarded by the client as a trusted advisor and think strategically about how to create value using the Guidewire Suite of products;

Experience:

5+ years of QA experience in Guidewire applications testing both Manual and Automation with extensive working experience on Managed Service engagements

Experience in Automation scripting tools/framework Selenium, GT-UI, Katlon, Karate

Regression test cases build, maintain and report the test results

Experience with both OOTB Guidewire functionality and client customizations for Policy, Billing and Claims Center for Property and Casualty Insurance companies

Experience in requirements testing BillingCenter, PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter for both Configuration and Integration requirements for 3rd party vendors

Proficient with integration testing using SOAP UI

Experience with center-to-center integration testing amongst the GW application suite

Experience using the application logs within BillingCenter, PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter to troubleshoot issues and validate test scenarios

Experience working with both the business and IT stakeholders to create test cases to match end-to-end test scenarios

Job Functions:

Carry out procedures to ensure that all information technology solutions and services meet company quality standards and user requirements.

Design and execute test plans, manual and automated test scripts, and test cases based on project requirements and objectives.

Perform system, integration, functional, data validation, and automation testing as well as facilitate user acceptance testing.

Utilize test automation tools and scripts, where feasible, to streamline test cycle execution.

Utilize test management tools to document test plans and to report test results and defects

Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Proficient in Test Management Tools JIRA/Rally/HP-QC/VSTS/TFS Guidewire functional knowledge on Billingcenter, PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, Datahub, Forms and ContactManager.

Additional skills

Work cross-functionally to assist with problem-solving and project plan activities.

Respond to inquiries, and requests in a timely fashion.
