Apply now! The Position As an Advanced Business Analyst, you will be, supporting the high digital ambitions of Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. You will become part of a transformational journey through the companywide migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will communicate with many different stakeholders and be a role model for your colleagues. Your main responsibilities include: Contribute to our S/4HANA migration, from analysis to benefit realization. Drive and execute digital projects involving SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. Engage Line of Business stakeholders to guide on best practices and relevant solution requirements. Communicate clearly, also with non-technical colleagues in line of business. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree or equivalent with overall experience between 6-12 years who can collaborate across functional areas, bringing SAP technical expertise into practice, especially with the focus of migration into S/4 HANA. To succeed in the role, you have: Significant technical insight into SAP Finance and/or SAP Controlling. 5+ years of relevant experience working with SAP FI/CO. Experience translating between technical and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in data archiving/retention/deletion would be an added advantage. On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adaptiveness to change. You enjoy stakeholder management, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice. About the department DD&IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLGSIT -SAP has systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk.
