About the department

Manufacturing IT is the unit responsible for many IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business area and are critical to the execution of key business processes. The position is responsible for the logistic part of the corporate SAP - MM (Materials Management) and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) module system at Novo Nordisk covering maintenance and support planning multiple company codes and multiple countries.

The Position

As an Advanced Business Analyst II - SAP MM you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:

• Should have excellence in business and system understanding, demonstrating proactiveness and ownership,

.

• Managing own time planning and timely deliverables, involving and communicating with the stakeholders as and when required.

• Experience in Change Management, Release Management, Incident Support, Problem Support, Configuration Management, Test Coordination/Validation.

• Participate in system operation and maintenance in Manufacturing IT.

• Experience in building interfaces with OpenText Content Suite and SAP document management & Access by OpenText. Preparation for integration of an SAP Extended ECM (Engineering Change Management) by OpenText.

Qualifications

• We ideally expect you to be a graduate in BE or similar degree with relevant area.
• Should have 4+ years of SAP MM experience and 6+ years of overall experience.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users
• Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stake holders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under different challenging situations
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience to intermediate level
