About the department Global Information Security, GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT GBS. Global Information Security, GBS is an integral part of Global Information Security Organisation of Novo Nordisk which is headed by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and consists of two main areas: Global Security Operations (GSO) and Global Information Security Advisory (GISA). In GIS (Global Information Security) GBS (Global Business service), we work closely with Global Information Security organisation in defining and executing on strategy to support the digital journey of Novo Nordisk by ensuring smooth operations of SOC, Service Management, advisory support, Security Mailbox, and various other Information Security functions. The Position As a Advance service manager, your responsibility will be to manage the IT Security services and ensure have right service strategy is in place for respective IT security service (End point security, Cloud security tools and operations). You will manage IT Security platform services of PIM, Splunk, Sentinel and Linux etc. As a Advance Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be: Initiate and execute contractual negotiations for existing & new service. Actively participate in (and sometimes drive) defining service strategy, service roadmap, and risk management in cooperation with stakeholders. Ensuring that the Security Service follows relevant internal and external requirements and Supporting audit and inspection. Proactively engage in close dialogue with users and stakeholders across the Novo Nordisk global to understand the needs and usage patterns to recommend changes to IT security services and/or investments in latest technologies. Risk Management, IT compliance documentation such as CIL, NCs, quality plans etc. Prioritize Request for Change (RfCs) with Architect and Service Owner (delegate ). Manage the overall Budget management for Security Services along with System Owner, ensuring Novo Nordisk best practices are employed in management of Services. Additionally, you will be responsible for Incident, Change, Problem, Release and configuration management. Liaison with all stakeholders such as IT security architects, IT infrastructure architects, stakeholders, vendors, project teams, customers (Global and Regional IT Units) to facilitate seamless Services delivery. Qualifications Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in relevant field (Information technology, Business Administration), or any graduate. Should have 12+ years of experience in IT and 10+ years of hands-on experience as Service Manager in Service/System Management of Security Services/Systems or similar. Hands on experience in managing ITIL Process in Service Delivery and Capacity planning. Experience in Agile framework is good to have. Must have handled, worked, and collaborated for driving organizational strategies, and delivery excellence. Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. You must have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures.
