About the department The position is based in Digital Workplace product area department, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Infrastructure, Operations, Global Service Desk, and Digital Workplace Services. The GITO Digital Workplace APAC department is a self-propelled unit based out of Bangalore, India working in an agile setup with global product teams for various digitalisation, communication, collaboration, and automation IT platforms. The growing team constitutes of experienced Digital Collaborations and platform Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical and Business Analysts who work together with our Danish and US team to cater to Digital workplace requirements for Novo Nordisk employees. As an area we are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, PowerPlatform, Novo Nordisk Meeting experience and collaboration technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations. The Position As an Advance Service Manager II, you will be responsible for IT System Management (ITSM) Governance, Maintenance of live interactive meeting experience digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Room (MTR), Livestream, Video Conferencing, Telepresence. Responsible of multiple layers of vendor management of external support for the Platform service operations. Responsible for management of budget, and contracts for the above-mentioned products. You will be entrusted with below responsibilities on a high level: Manage operations and support model for above mentioned products. Responsible for maintaining the platform documentations up-to date, Manage and review roles and accesses on a periodic basis. Manage global stakeholder base and cater to the business requirements. Mentor/coach and delegate the relevant operational work to Operation Analysts in the service area. Support development activities within the product area as an integral part of the agile delivery team. Qualifications Bachelors\' or Masters in relevant field with 10-15 years of experience with IT. 5+ years of experience with service management, service delivery and/or operational vendor management. ITIL foundation knowledge and excellent understanding of ITSM process and system. Understanding of end user concepts of Videoconferencing and Telepresence hardware and software. Strong understanding of virtual collaboration technology like Microsoft teams, live events, and live streaming platforms. Good experience in Global stakeholder and vendor management. Experience from working in a large global complex organisation is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Managing budgets, contracts will be added advantages. Experience in an agile delivery team set up with scrum and Kanban knowledge. 2+ years of experience within the Pharma Industry, combined with general business understanding will be added advantage.
