About the department

The position is based in the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) \xe2\x80\x93 a department with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure is an area consisting of 100+ people in 10+ Product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world. In C&CI we are globally responsible for all Novo Nordisk Cloud (Private and Public), and Corporate Infrastructure (Network and Connectivity) Services.

The Position

As an Advanced Service Manager, I -Backup Fileshare Citrix, you will be responsible for maintaining, planning and further improving our processes, procedures and policies around for Backup, File share & Citrix services in Novo Nordisk. Services. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Responsible for Service management of services for Backup, File share & Citrix technologies in Novo Nordisk which includes NN managed and vendor managed services.
• Single point of contact for Incidents, Problems, Changes, and vendor management and Service legal agreement report generations and reviews.
• Provide support on projects, documentation, audits, and compliance needs.
• Responsible for qualification of Backup, File share & Citrix services and maintaining the services in a qualified state.
• Responsible for the budget tracking of Backup, File share & Citrix services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in or equivalent with overall 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or other regulatory field.
• 8+ years of previous experience in IT service management role.
• 8+ years with Strong ITIL knowledge, training and experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of understanding of IT infrastructure/Backup/Fileshare/Citrix.
• Excellent communication skills as the Service Manager must communicate with a wide range of users on different organizational and technical competency levels.
• Ability to operate and achieve results in an international IT operation.
• General willingness to learn new IT systems/applications.
