About the department Global Information Security, GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT GBS. Global Information Security, GBS is an integral part of Global Information Security Organisation of Novo Nordisk which is headed by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and consists of two main areas: Global Security Operations (GSO) and Global Information Security Advisory (GISA). In GIS (Global Information Security) GBS (Global Business service), we work closely with Global Information Security organisation in defining and executing on strategy to support the digital journey of Novo Nordisk by ensuring smooth operations of SOC, Service Management, advisory support, Security Mailbox, and various other Information Security functions. The Position The position holder will be a member of the Global Information Security and the Global Security Operations and responsible for managing services delivered across organisation in the areas of IT Security. It includes, Actively participate in (and sometimes drive) defining service strategy, service roadmap, and risk management in cooperation with stakeholders. Drive PoC internally to enchantment of service. Risk Management and IT compliance. Stakeholder management during major implementations and upgrades. Manage major upgrades for managed services with project management techniques. Maintenance of compliance documents such as CIL, NCs, quality plans etc. with support from Architect. Decision making ability on the contracts and projects on SCTs and SLA with vendor, along with service owner Involvement and active participant of Global IT Security Project. Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and configuration management. Prioritize Request for Change (RfCs) with Architect and Service Owner (delegate). Right service strategy in place for respective IT security service (Password Vault) and manage large and medium implementation project. Decision making ability is required on the contracts and projects on SCTs and SLA with vendor, along with service owner Initiate and execute contractual negotiations for existing and new service while ensuring services are obtained according to contractual obligations with vendors. Responsible for contract negotiation, license management, budget management for security services along with system owner. Actively participate in defining service strategy, service roadmap, and risk management in collaboration of service owner, GSO owners and external stakeholders. Qualification Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in relevant field (Information technology, Business Administration), or any graduate. Should have 10+ years of experience in IT and 8+ years of hands-on experience as Service Manager. Good exposure on IT Security Services Password Vault (CyberArk) or specific application related to Security is preferred Should have deep knowledge on process and application with able to understand the changes in the system. Hands on experience in managing ITIL / Agile Process in Service delivery.
