Job Description

:

- Build logistics network across the country for 100 cities to meet the demand - last mile logistics, first mile and line haul needs

- Ensure high quality logistics network - solve for things like open vehicles / vehicle standardization

- Make drivers and small vendors across the country first class citizens in the supply chain - build and solve for their incentives

- Build intercity - FTL/ LTL network capability to provide ability to connect intercity load from brands across different cities

- Build / tie up with 3PL to build distribution capabilities to Drive innovation in the logistics - EV, driver app, vehicle modifications etc

- Build and lead teams to meet the above needs.

- An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution

- 10+ years of operating experience in e-commerce supply chain

- Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground and travel

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high performance, motivated organization

- Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data to make informed decisions

- Ability to create scalable processes and define SOPs
