What this job Involves
The role is responsible for full delivery of all aspects, but not limited to Integrated Facilities Management services at all sites in India (Commerzone - Pune, EON - Pune, Airoli-Mumbai, BKC-Mumbai, Hyderabad etc.
The purpose of the role is to deliver good quality, cost effective and risk-free office environments and services to client.
Meeting SLA (Service Level Agreements) as agreed with client
Responsible for service delivery as per agreed KPI in the agreement.
Responsible of submission of QBR, India level and regional level reports
Ensure that quality of the services is always maintained at highest levels and work on further improvements
Work on regional Environmental projects according to regional strategy
Reports unsafe / abnormal conditions and unusual occurrences to the concerned team
Site Induction training to be imparted and updated
Coordinate with respective stakeholders (vertical heads) and get the Employee Risk reviews done
Responsible for KPC dashboard
Leads and supports staff in areas of training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention
Maintain C&B and T&E levels in accordance with the Plan guidance.
Ensure monthly billing to client is on accurate and timely basis. Expenses of the month (Staff costs, staffs overtime costs, vendor expenses, T&Es etc.) should be invoicing to client on the following month before the finance cutoff.
Stronger focus on contract and procurement management
Ensure team and vendor attrition is below industry benchmark
Prepare action plan accord to agreement and SLA's and execute
Handling escalations,
supervising the Helpdesk operations / executives
Schedule regular feedback meetings with vendor to ensure all operational issues are resolved.
Schedule feedback sessions with various BU's and know the C-Sat
All statutory compliances are met and the compliance score is above acceptable level
Always be on the lookout of cost saving measures and should adhere to all the regional committed savings

Qualification & Experience
You will have 15 years of experience in Management industry into IT / Banking / Corporate set up and you should be Graduate in any form/ MBA.
