About the job

• Creation of content calendar for a brand, Briefing the client on the strategy
• Assist the team in social media strategy and content planning
• Reporting (Monthly, Weekly, Customised Reporting)
• Well informed on the latest trend in social media space and best practices
• Crafting creative briefs for designers and helping them visualize
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for digital campaigns with the team
• Arrange and attend meetings with the clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, SEO & PPC team while executing on the brand.
• Addressing change in requirement stated by client during the interaction and getting it inculcated in collaboration with design & operations.

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience in making strategy presentation and present it to the client effectively
• Ability to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.

• Candidates with 3+ years of agency work experience can apply. Prior experience in Client Servicing and Account Management will be preferred
• Proven demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task. Should be comfortable with handling pressure since the role demands it.
• Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.
• Prior mandatory experience with social media Management experience with a focus on creative direction,
• Strong communication & presentation skill and client handling skill set is a must.
• Basic knowledge of PPC and Seo will be helpful
• leading a team can monitor and guide a team, previous Social Media head/ Senior Account manager can apply.
