Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies and managing the online community of Raj Shamani & Figuring Out. Responsibilities: 1) Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to maximise the reach, engagement, and growth of our brand across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement. 2) Content Promotion and Distribution: Post the content timely on all social media channels. Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase viewership or engagement with the content. Optimise content for each platform, ensuring it is properly formatted, tagged, and titled to maximise visibility and discoverability. 3) Community Management: Actively engage with our audience on social media by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and inclusive online community by encouraging discussions, moderating comments, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by the audience. Identify and engage with influential community members, brand ambassadors, and potential collaborators to enhance the brand\'s reach and reputation. Maintain the community of our courses. 4) Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of channels and each piece of content Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, audience demographics, trends, and engagement levels. Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and make informed recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and community building, preferably in the content creation industry. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content promotion and engagement. Strong understanding of audience behaviour, social media trends, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Please note: This is a full time job based out of Mumbai.
